Whether it’s my musings on the faith, love, personal growth, friendship, life’s unexpected turns, as well as occasional fiction stories, Quality Time is about pausing to appreciate the beauty in everyday moments.

While most posts are lighthearted, they carry a depth that comes from a place of genuine thoughtfulness—shared through the lens of God’s word.

Behind the Scenes…

Hi, I’m Adébọ́la.

I’m a believer, writer and a Doctor of Pharmacy undergraduate. Beneath that, I’m just a girl who enjoys RnB, deep conversations, genuine connections, inside jokes and belly laughs. Another way to put that will be: I find joy in the little things.

Moreover, I’ve been writing for as long as I remember. Young as I was, writing became home away from home—giving a voice to my stream of thoughts, and characters to my fantasy. You bet a lot of misguided, cringe-worthy, happily-ever-afters came as a result, but at least it was a start for me and I do not despise it.

Quality Time is how I’m stewarding this gift of God to me, and through me to you. I like to think of it as a structure of accountability for my thoughts to make it past my mind and personal journal (yikes!)
