Healthy reminder that friendships go through seasons. I’ve had fallouts - I think some of my relationships I’ve held on to longer than I was suppose to because the season I was in. I was holding onto a relationship based on what it used to be, instead of accepting the season it was in now.

Friendships is something I am very passionate about, I love friendship so much.
I hate to see lazy friendships.
This thing that people in our generation day "it's the energy you give me, I would return too" I don't think it's really right because we are supposed to love our friends unconditionally like Jesus.
We don't always give God the same energy he is giving us, we don't always love up on God like he does, we don't always stay committed to God like he does yet God would not say I would stop loving.
Love doesn't give up, love is not fleeting.
Love endures every season.
We have been called to serve our friendship. We have been called to love even when it's inconvenient for us because that's what Jesus would do.
I think I have turned my comment to a mini sermon.😂

Read this a while ago but just came back to comment. Why do I feel like the next ship has to do with a boy girl ‘relationship’ lol. As usual your write up was so relatable. I’m someone who always gives so much in friendships and I’ve learned the hard way that not everyone may do the same so it’s okay to move on. It’s okay to also understand that some are only present for seasons and I shouldn’t take it personal. Lol. And is it weird that people tend to prefer those who don’t really care about them?? Anyways it is well. Friendship is a whole different topic entirely but I’m glad that the best one(Jesus) gets to choose us over and over again even when others desert us. Thanks for sharing. I’m glad you’re slowly settling into your writing rhythm. It suits you❤️
